Happy New Year

Happy New Year!
New Years Eve with toddlers is a wonderfully quiet night. (well except for the canon blasts, that our neighbor shoots off every hour on the hour from 9 till midnight to ring in the new year)

The Weather man got it wrong when he called for an inch of snow on New Years Eve. We had about 5 inches by the time dinner was done so we bundled up and headed out. Ashley felt fearless in Dad's goggles and headlamp and Nicole was quite brave about the snow as well. It was pretty warm and we ran in the snow and played with the camera. I ran back for the sled and we took a long stroll down the sidewalk. On the way back we saw neighbors and played some more.
